I started putting together material for the above titled essay when lo and behold two articles posted on lewrockwell.com crystallizes the issue better than I could. No sense reinventing the wheel.
The first essay is by Gary Barnett about the rule of law and the abandonment of natural law. Barnett cites the insights of Lysander Spooner who demolished the notion of the state as a necessary institution for civilization to thrive. Articles by Spooner and posts about him have been uploaded here. Spooner has had an enormous impact on the views of Old Right conservatives and libertarians for many decades. Young Americans need to learn about Spooner and his defense of liberty.
The second essay is co-authored by John and Nisha Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute.
They state: This steady slide towards tyranny, meted out by militarized local and federal police and legalistic bureaucrats, has been carried forward by each successive president over the past fifty years regardless of their political affiliation.
Biden, Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton: they have all been complicit in carrying out the Deep State’s agenda.
Frankly, it really doesn’t matter who occupies the White House, because it is a profit-driven, unelected bureaucracy—call it whatever you will: the Deep State, the Controllers, the masterminds, the shadow government, the corporate elite, the police state, the surveillance state, the military industrial complex—that is actually calling the shots.
In the interest of liberty and truth, here’s an A-to-Z primer that spells out the grim realities of life in the American Police State that no one seems to be talking about anymore.
In the A-Z primer the Whitheads categorize the abuses of government and thus in would be the foundation of the 21st version of the Declaration of Independence. The question is how do we restore a very limited government republic in America and end the tyranny that has been steadily expanding for decades.
It is clear that electing a new president will not begin to restore of natural rights.

Catherine Austin Fitts saying similar things https://rumble.com/v4ru448-insane-vs-sane-demonic-vs-devine-catherine-austin-fitts.html She goes touch on this seeming to be a spiritual battle and to not give in to hopelessness. That is what they want. We need an alternate localized self government for starters. Do not comply and go cashless. Digital currency has already been shown by Canada to be worthless if the government can just take it instantly. She stresses that they are killing food production and spending heavily on lab grown food because when farmers can trade the digital cash system is less of x stranglehold. There would always be a black market of some sort. Direct trades of goods and services.
Extremely true. They can be nothing else and still be called government. History proves this fact beyond any doubt. Without terrorism and the master-slave equation, government cannot exist.
