Joe anoints Newsom his successor for 2024

It's a done deal.

In my April 25 post I predicted Joe and Kamala will not be on the Democratic ticket in 2024.

Yesterday, a smiling Biden at the APEC conference in San Francisco stated “"I want to thank him (Newsom). He's been one hell of a governor, man. As a matter of fact, he can be anything he wants. He can have the job I'm looking for." (emphasis added)

Biden is laying the groundwork for bowing out of the presidential race before the Democratic convention next summer and thus avoid a free for all primary. In addition, Vice President Giggles would be ineligible to be on the ticket. The president and vice president traditionally have to be from different states.

The challenge for the Democratic power brokers is to prop up old Joe who is losing it by the day. At his press conference at APEC regarding the fentanyl crisis he said he heard that two young men died from the drug after they woke up.

Biden: “And, by the way, you know, I won’t — I guess I shouldn’t identify where it occurred.  But, John, I know two people near where I live.  Their kids, literally, as I said — stra- — they woke up dead….”

There you have it. Another Bidenism. How many will be there be before the big switcheroo occurs next summer.

A Newsom presidency would accelerate the demise of what’s left of our constitutional republic and virtually guarantee a financial crisis by the end of the decade.
